“The Cloud Data Technologist” is Kevin Smith.

Kevin is a Director of Cloud Data Technologies Limited, a UK company that specialises in data exchange standards for software integration projects and business-to-business transactions. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and has been a UK delegate to UN/CEFACT since 2004, is the UN/CEFACT eTendering Project Leader, UN/CEFACT Contract Financial Execution Management (CFEM) Project Editor and EdiBuild Europe Vice-Chair. He has advised UN/CEFACT’s management on UN/CEFACT processes and contributes to a number of UN/CEFACT technical specifications that define how business standards are developed in the organisation. He is the author of “UN/CEFACT User Guide for CCTS 3.0 and NDR 3.0” and contributor to “UN/CEFACT XML Naming and Design Rules Technical Specification Version 3.0”, “UN/CEFACT XML For CCTS Specification Version 1.0″, currently at Open Development Process (ODP) Step 5, and “UN/CEFACT Context Methodology Technical Specification (Working Draft)”.
